Since I am not making any changes to my portfolio in May, I decided to post the update earlier than usual. For the month of May, I received a total of S$1452.44 in dividends from SPH, Starhub and some REITs.
1. SPH - S$350
2. Starhub - S$500
3. CapitaMall Trust - S$161
4. Frasers Centrepoint Trust - S$100
5. First REIT - S$193
6. Suntec REIT - S$147.18
7. CACHE - S$1.26
Due to a larger influx of dividends, my average monthly passive income has increased from S$551.63 to S$731.80. However, this amount will fall next month because I only have the dividends from AIMS AMP coming in.
The Eurozone crisis is back again. My portfolio's paper gain is affected, dropping from S$17k to S$14k now. However, the prices of telcos have remained strong. REITs seem to be approaching attractive levels soon. I shall be patient and wait for an opportunity to buy some in June or July. In the meantime, I still collect my dividends as usual. That's the beauty of dividend stocks. They pay you even as you wait. ^^
Peace Out,
