• Received a total of S$975 in December.

1. SPH: S$850
2. AIMS: S$125

• Sold 2 lots of SPH before Ex-Date and took a little profit. From now onwards, I will only focus on dividend investing. Therefore, I will not include my realised/unrealised profits data on my blog.
• Re-invest in more First REIT, AIMS and CMT, bringing the REIT allocation of my portfolio to about 50%.
• Dividends per month increased from around S$400 to S$425.
• Total invested capital increased to around 117k. Top 3 holdings are Starhub, SPH and Singtel, in that order.

December 2011 Dividend Payment Dates

Just a quick update:

My first time receiving dividends from US stocks. Feeling a little excited. ^^

Finally, I achieved my 2011 passive income target of SG$400 per month.
Looking forward, I will be getting huge dividends from SPH and AIMS in December. Nowadays, I only do some general monitoring of my Singapore Dividend Portfolio. No major changes expected in the near future. I am pretty satisfied with the overall composition of this portfolio. I guess my portfolio has reached a "stable" stage.
