In the month of June, I received S$297 from AIMS AMP REIT. It was a lean month. T_T
As a result, the average monthly dividends decreased significantly to S$659.33

I did not add any positions to my Singapore portfolio. Greece and Spain were looking to implode. But somehow, after the Greek election, everything seems to calm down. Therefore, my cash war chest has increased to S$8k, waiting to be deployed during any future market corrections.

During the volatile past few weeks, my portfolio paper gain increased to S$17,700. I guess investors are anticipating another round of dividends coming soon in Aug. Sadly, July will be an even leaner month for me. I will only receive dividends from my US stocks. :(

Dividend Payment Dates in June 2012

I will be collecting dividends on these dates.
By the way, DBS Vickers will be charging fees for US stocks and dividends with effect from 1 June. Therefore, I will be trimming the smaller holdings from my US portfolio and probably shift the remaining stocks to another broker. In the meantime, I will be focusing more on my Singapore portfolio.

- Johnson & Johnson (12 Jun)
- McDonald's (15 Jun)
- AIMS AMP REIT (19 Jun)

So far, I have been collecting dividends every month since January. ^^

Since I am not making any changes to my portfolio in May, I decided to post the update earlier than usual. For the month of May, I received a total of S$1452.44 in dividends from SPH, Starhub and some REITs.
1. SPH - S$350
2. Starhub - S$500
3. CapitaMall Trust - S$161
4. Frasers Centrepoint Trust - S$100
5. First REIT - S$193
6. Suntec REIT - S$147.18
7. CACHE - S$1.26
Due to a larger influx of dividends, my average monthly passive income has increased from S$551.63 to S$731.80. However, this amount will fall next month because I only have the dividends from AIMS AMP coming in.

The Eurozone crisis is back again. My portfolio's paper gain is affected, dropping from S$17k to S$14k now. However, the prices of telcos have remained strong. REITs seem to be approaching attractive levels soon. I shall be patient and wait for an opportunity to buy some in June or July. In the meantime, I still collect my dividends as usual. That's the beauty of dividend stocks. They pay you even as you wait. ^^
