For the month of February, I received a total of SGD$973.96 in cash distributions from various S-REITs. My portfolio has become my cash machine!^^
- Frasers CentrePoint Trust: SGD$240
- CapitaMall Trust: SGD$56.80
- CACHE: SGD$215.40
- PLife REIT: SGD$107.60
- Suntec REIT: SGD$139.56
- First REIT: SGD$70
- Sabana REIT: SGD$144.60
HPH Trust was added to my dividend portfolio as a proxy to China's growth. Right now, I am looking to add K-Green Trust or China Merchant Pacific to my portfolio. According to the management, KGT is probably looking to acquire some assets from its sponsor. China Merchant Pacific had also just acquired 2 new expressways in China and divested its non-core real estate business in Australia.
Rock on,
Dividend Warrior

Hi DW,
Glad you include HPH trust in your portfolio. I also have 6 lots of HPH at average price of 0.799. Hope it's future is bright and there is potential growth for its price to hit its IPO price.
I am also looking at K-green. The dividend yield is about 7+%.. It has declared its dividends in Jan. Next round of dividends will be declared in Jul or Aug. The price now is 1.065, do you think it will grow further?
My only worry is the SG market being affected by US market if there is bad announcement in May on the financial crisis. Not sure if the bear will come this year to replace the bull. What do you think?
Hope to hear from you.
Hi Karen,
The management of k-green did mentioned about acquiring more assets this year. I am quite hopeful about it.
I doubt this year is going to be super bearish. There might be a dip in May/ June, but I think the general trend is still positive.
Anyway, usually a big crisis comes every 8 to 10 years. The last one was in 2008. So, the next one should around 2016 to 2018.
Cheers!^^
I am more conservative, it's a bonus if the bull run till mid of 2014.
Hi Dividend Warrior,
What are the requirements to buy these lots? I am Malaysian working in Singapore.
Do I need a lot of capital to invest in this REITs?
Hi DW,
Would you be able to share with us why you decided to load up on HPT?
Thanks!:)
You have a very impressive portfolio here. I think that serves as an inspiration to alot of folks out here.
Sorry, noob question - How do you calculate the "Yield on cost?"
