For the month of September, I received S$275 from AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT. I also added 6 lots of Sabana REIT to my portfolio. I managed to get it at an average price of $1.07, offering an annual yield of around 8%. This will give my portfolio a slight yield boost at the end of the year.

My unrealised capital gain has increased to around S$31k as of 14 September 2012.  I am slowly building up my war chest again. I am confident I can surpass my passive income goal of getting $700 per month this year. So, I am shifting the goal posts a little. I will try to achieve $800 per month in passive income by end of the year. ^^

Peace Out,
Dividend Warrior

perhaps should separate paper gain vs actual dividend. The dividend should be based on current price, rather than price bought.

May I know how you manage to get Sabana at $1.02 in Sep? It has always been above $1.04 for the whole month if I'm not wrong

Hellow DW,

I see your singapore stocks gain including dividends are about 26% returns from the date u started to now. That is impressive.

Do you keep track of realised gains / loss?

Nice blog. Well done. I have been investing since 2003 but have only built up my portfolio to around $145k.
