For the month of July, I will be collecting S$228.80 in cash distribution from Frasers Centrepoint Trust. I do not foresee adding any new positions this month. Most of the REITs will be releasing their results over the next few weeks. I am waiting for the reports with great anticipation! Compared to the same time period in 2013, I have collected 12% more dividends year-on-year. Pretty decent growth. My dividend machine is chugging along nicely.

Rock on,

Hi DW,

I am a believer in REITs investment, and I do hold some REITs stocks right now. Do you think it is a good time to buy more REITs now? I'm concerned that the REITs will drop further when the interest rates go up.

Hi DW

I was just wondering why you remove the average price column in your monthly portfolio.

Care to share the reason?

Thanks

Hi! I am current investing in sabana REIT under the share builder plan from Phillips. I am unsure if I should divest and invest in the STI instead. Any help would be appreciated Thanks!!!

Hi! Thanks for your very informative blog!

Would also appreciate if you could advise on the questions posted in previous comments. What REITs would you advise on and comparison between REITs and STI for now?

I used to invest pretty aggressively in growth stocks but looking to settle down with more stable income with dividend stocks now so would really appreciate your insights thank you! :)

Hey DW.

I have been a big fan of yours for quite awhile.

I am actually thinking of signing up for the OCBC BCIP since i dont have much capital to purchase shares on my own.
Looking at the counters that OCBC is offering,i see some familiar counters that you currently own.
http://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/Investments/bcip-counters-list.pdf
Which counter would you advise that i start off with to build up my portfolio?I am putting aside $300/month.
Should i take 3 different counters ($100 x 3 counters) or stick all my money into 1 counter?

Thank you for taking time to answer my questions.

Enjoy the new warchest!!!

Regards,
Fazli
