For the month of December, I will be receiving a total of S$1,783 in dividends/ distributions.
- Mapletree Industrial Trust: S$52
- SATS: S$200
- AIMS AMP REIT: S$831
- SPH: S$700
In summary, I achieved a monthly dividend income of S$1,255 in 2014. Compare to last year's figures, there is a 5.3% growth. My total annual dividend income crossed the S$15k mark for the first time in my investment journey! In terms of unrealised capital gains, there is a growth of 21% compared to December 2013.

Hi DW, any thoughts on Lippo Retail Malls Trust? Looks like the new Indonesia president is pretty energetic and forward looking, so the economy might do better in the next few years. And the stock just hit new lows. :D
